Pricing
- There was most likely an error in your shipping address, or a problem with the carrier when the delivery was attempted. Please contact the carrier first before contacting us.
- If your order has made it back to us we will contact you via email to get an updated shipping address to ship your order back to you!
- You will not be able to receive a refund if you no longer want your order after it has been returned to sender.
Returns
- All sales are final as soon as your order has been processed.
Shipping
- Shipping can take up to 2-4 business days*
- Processing for Pre orders can take from 3 weeks up to a month.
- Processing time is not the same as shipping time. Once items have been processed please allow the shipping time that you ordered before contacting us with questions.
*2-4 Business days only apply to orders that are not preorders.
- We most likely still have your order but it may be a delay in processing and shipping*. Please allow time to receive you confirmation number once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.
* Delays in processing and shipping usually are caused by restocking periods.
- We have your confirmed order, but it has not been processed for shipping yet. Please see previous shipping FAQs for questions about processing times.
